Do you ever just have one of those days where things dont seem to go right? Well that was me Thursday and Friday. This is a lovely simple cake but for me turned out to take that bit longer than needed. Thankfully it all turned out in the end. One thing I learned always have back up plan and make more than you might need. (one of my guitar snapped of but I had done too many so that was a life saver)

Just worked out that was 3 cakes in the past 2 weeks that had something that just didnt go right! So the spell is over yah!!
